Company selection is perhaps the most significant back office function. It is important to select only the companies you actively write business for. There is no need to overthink the selections you make here. Don't make the mistake of blindly selecting all the companies as you always have the opportunity see all companies' rates when quoting!

The reason we emphasize careful company selection here is two fold..

1. Quoting will be much quicker. The system can deliver your results faster if it has less work to do.
2. Careful company selection will save you from the potential awkward explanation of why you might be unable to write a particular company.
