Individual lead management is rather straight forward. Once a lead is in the system whether manually added by yourself or imported by other means, you can edit essential information (name, address, phone, etc.).
You also have the opportunity to add or delete spouse information.
The individual lead management screen also provides three very useful additional functions:
- Lead Upload - The system will allow you to upload a PDF file that will be assigned to your lead record.
- Mapping - Locate the lead's address via Google mapping.
- Printing - Print out the individual lead.
